Return / Refund Policy

At CR Media, client satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of digital services, our return/refund policy is as follows:

1. Service-based Nature:
Since our services are digital and customized, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility:
Partial refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The project has not started.

  • The client cancels within 48 hours of payment and before any work begins.

3. Non-refundable Services:

  • Strategy planning and consultation sessions

  • Completed or in-progress content

  • Ad budget already spent on platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
